Otsuri Onsen is known for its cooler and refreshing water among the three hot springs of Kagamino, and it is an alkalescent simple spring discovered in the early Meiji era. The hot spring is known to have therapeutic effects for rheumatoid arthritis and neuralgia. It overlooks the scenic beauty of Okutsu Valley and also has a mini buffet of udon noodles and a drink bar.
